Booking a room for a thesis defence

For the thesis defence/licentiate seminar, use the calendar for this purpose to book the date and time and to request a room. The purpose of the calendar is to avoid having two defences/licentiate seminars at the same faculty at the same time.

Guidelines

The guidelines stipulate the division of responsibility with respect to decisions, management and administration of shared teaching spaces, and how the use of such spaces is charged.

Central teaching spaces

All bookings, irrespective of purpose, are made via the local booking services team. The buttons below list all bookable teaching spaces by location. The list also contains general information about the spaces, such as the number of seats and available AV equipment.
