Administrative Services Office (Asken)
Asken, the Administrative Services Office, provides a range of support services to the university administration staff at Campus Ultuna. For other staff, this support is provided by administrators in each department/division.
The basic services described below are funded centrally and offered free of charge. Other services are charged per hour, please contact us for more details.
We can handle travel expense reports, register hourly fees and take care of your updates in Primula and Idis.
When you have a new colleague arriving, we can help set up his/her office and arrange access to some of the administrative systems.
We will help you order office supplies, coffee for meetings etc. We can also help booking travel for non-SLU staff.
For smaller in-house meetings and events, we will book rooms, order catering and handle any registrations.
We also assist the academy steward in connection with academic ceremonies such as the doctoral degree conferment ceremony.
