Important future issues for the faculty and how I can contribute

I see two key challenges for our Faculty: attracting more students and enhancing job stability for researchers. I’m eager to promote our programs’ benefits in sustainability and climate action, while also fostering open communication and a supportive environment for researchers. I look forward to contributing to these efforts and making a meaningful impact.

Personal reflections

Being a faculty board member is a rewarding responsibility that involves shaping the direction of the Faculty and advocating for students and faculty. This requires collaboration, active listening, and balancing academic excellence with practical needs. This role would also allow me to support innovative initiatives, and foster a culture of growth and inclusivity.
