Changes to the procedures for reimbursing prescription costs

Following the new central collective agreement, starting 1 January 2024, procedures for processing prescription reimbursements will change. If you want to be reimbursed for your prescription costs, you must create a case in Primula and submit your receipts by 10 January. Please note that this only applies to costs incurred during 2022 and 2023. You will be reimbursed in January.

The procedures for reimbursing prescription costs as of 2024 are not yet in place, more information will come later.
