SLU ranked high in brand research

The survey, Randstad Employer Brand Research, is conducted annually and has over 4000 respondents. SLU ranks twelfth among attractive employers in 2023, with no other educational institution reaching the same heights. One of the questions asked was, "How likely is it that you would want to work for this company?" The survey shows that respondents value attractive salaries and benefits the most, followed by a pleasant working environment and a balance between work and leisure.

"It is clear that practical aspects and security factors related to work, such as interesting tasks, benefits, long-term job security, and a good working environment, are important issues," says HR Director Anna-Karin Olofsdotter.

This is the first time SLU has appeared on the list of the most attractive employers. Anna-Karin Olofsdotter believes that SLU has successfully communicated the university's values.

"SLU is visible and audible in the media and in other ways. It is clear that we are a university working on vital issues, and it is attractive whether you work as a researcher, economist, or IT developer."
