Maria Engedahl leaves SLU

Maria has decided to leave her post as Director of The University Animal Hospital, UDS. She is proud of all the work and progress that has been done in the past two years.
"My work has been complex and challenging, but always very meaningful. What we have accomplished at UDS in the past two years must be described as heroic. Many thanks for all the fun times and support! I now look forward to a new chapter in life," says Maria Engedahl.
Vice-Chancellor Maria Knutson Wedel emphasizes that Maria's work has been absolutely crucial for the animal hospital to cope during the pandemic and at the same time complete a necessary and extensive change of medical record system.
Maria Engedahl has also carried out the ‘Tillsammans’ project together with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, VH. Some of the results of the project, and implemented changes, are essential for VH/UDS cooperation and future developments.
Maria Engedahl's employment at SLU ended on 15 September.
