Almedalen 2022: Is more policy needed to reduce food waste?

During Almedalen's week, SLU will contribute with preliminary results from the ongoing research project "Is food waste illegal?", which is carried out at the Department of Energy and Technology with a grant from the Ekolagen miljöjuridik. The panel includes four politicians and two food entrepreneurs.
