Use Zoom for larger e-meetings or video lectures

SLU:s video conference function in Outlook, called ”SLU video meeting”, only permits a limited number of connections to the participants.
Therefore, teachers and PhD students who wish to book larger e-meetings or a video lecture may schedule a Zoom meeting instead.
To make this easier, you can download an Outlook plugin program that will allow you to directly add a Zoom meeting invitation to your scheduled Outlook meeting.
Install the Zoom Add-in for Outlook
PC users: Go to https://slu-se.zoom.us/download and select Download
Mac users: Go to https://slu-se.zoom.us/download but do NOT select Add Zoom without download on the line below and install manually. Otherwise, it goes via the MS Store which does not work for us.
