Will you join Matologi?

SLU Future Food is looking for researchers and others who want to participate in Matologi, a knowledge festival with food, health and sustainability in focus, Saturday August 24 in Stockholm. The theme of this year's festival is food waste.

This year's edition of Matologi, a knowledge festival with food, health and sustainability in focus, will take place outdoors at Norra Latin's schoolyard in central Stockholm on Saturday 24 August. SLU Future Food is the organizer and the theme is food waste - one of the three areas researchers identified as crucial for succeeding in limiting our food's climate impact.

Do you have research to display?

This year we want to make even better exhibitions, We want to make is clear that our research at SLU is at the center of Matologi and is important, understandable and useful for the visitors. In addition, it is great if it is appetizing!

Firsthand, we will prepare space for researchers who work with food waste, but if we have room, we would be happy to show more of SLU's work for a sustainable food system. Companies, organizations and other exciting people who are passionate about the subject will be there as well.

Increasing knowledge about sustainable food

The purpose of Matologi is to increase the visitors' knowledge of sustainable food and about SLU. The target group we want to reach is food-interested, adult, metropolitan residents who want to make conscious food decisions. The event is for the whole family, and there will therfore also be programs for children and young people.
