Researcher Assem Abu Hatab invitated as Lead Author for the IPCC

Congratulations to Assem Abu Hatab for the invitation to participate in the IPCC Sixth Assesment Report as a Lead Author.
After a rigorous selection process the researcher Assem Abu Hatab has been invited by the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) to participate as a lead author in the IPCC Working Group III Mitigation on Climte Change. The group is one out of three groups that will contribute to the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report. The work will be ongoing until 2021.
