Time for the 2018 staff survey

Published: 18 January 2018

On 22 January, SLU employees received an e-mail from SLU/Quicksearch including a personal link to the survey. It should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

The 2016 staff survey lead to a number of measures to improve our working environment. It’s now time for new survey,  and a new chance for everyone to make a difference.

The response rate is important

The last survey had a response rate of 74 per cent, and the goal is to beat that! The higher the response rate, the more useful the results. And it is everyone's responsibility to make an effort.

The survey is managed by the Division of Human Resources, on behalf of the university management.

Happy at SLU?

The survey's aim is to investigate the employees' satisfaction with SLU as a work place. The answers will provide an important signpost for our managers in their continued systematic efforts to improve health and safety at work.

The four main areas of the survey are:

  • Working environment
  • Leadership
  • Organisation
  • Vision and goals

Feedback

During the period 12 February–9 March, all heads of department and other managers will be informed of the survey results, and they in turn will present the results to their staff. The results will provide a starting point for all managers in their continued systematic efforts to improve health and safety at work.
