Limits for purchase 2018

New limits for purchases are valid from January 2018 and two years ahead
Limits for purchases are set by the EU commission and are revised every other year. The commission have decided that following limits shall be valid from January 1, 2018.
The limit for direct purchase is now 586 907 SEK, i.e. somewhat higher than before.
Purchases over this limit needs to be done as a formal procurement according to LOU (the Swedish procurement act).
The limit for when a procurement has to be announced in all EU countries, the so called treshold value, is now 1 365 782 SEK.
