New Proceedo version as of 28  September

On 28 September, we will launch a new version of the e-purchasing system, Proceedo 9.0

You can log in to the new version from 9.00.
Before the upgrade, Proceedo will be closed between 7.00 and 9.00.

The first thing you will notice is the new interface. Even if the system essentially is the same as before, the interface is more explicit and flexible.

You will also notice that the system no longer requires Java for login.

As a result of the upgrading, there will also be some improvements in functionality.

In order to simplify your work in Proceedo 9.0 there are new digital manuals with recorded guides for the different procedures. The manuals in Swedish can be accessed from the Proceedo start page. The manuals in English will not be completely ready at the launch, but will be available shortly after and can then be accessed from the Proceedo start page. Open the manual in a separate window and have it handy when working in Procdeedo.

You log in to Proceedo 9.0 via the new Proceedo portal with the Proceedo button on the staff web. In the Proceedo portal, you also will find a link to the e-manuals and other relevant information.
You can also log in directly to the system with the Proceedo link found under Tools and systems on the staff web.

This new version of Proceedo is ready for the big step we will be taking in January – merging purchase and invoice handling in the same system; Proceedo. More information about this will come at a later date.
