Post docs and PhD students wanted

At the moment, the Department of Soil and Environment are looking for three new PhD students and six new post docs.
PhD students:
- Gene expression in forest soils – using metatranscriptomics to study traits among soil fungi
- Mycorrhizal symbiosis, forest soil fertility and N-deposition
- Soil Science/soil mechanics and soil management
Post doc positions:
- Community ecology of soil fungi after forest fire
- Soil and Environmental Physics
- Water Management for Sustainable Crop Production in a Changing Climate
- Characterisation of colloidal and particulate phosphorus in agricultural drainage
- Management of soil phosphorus for increased utilisation and reduced losses
- Micronutrients and trace elements in agricultural systems
