Manuela Seehauser

As a microbiologist, I am fascinated by the tiniest living organisms on Earth - microbes. In my PhD project, I am taking a closer look into the world of cyanobacteria and algae in the Baltic Sea. Specifically, I am trying to understand how environmental factors regulate the production of toxins in those microscopic organisms.
