Fredrik Fernqvist
Senior lecturer and associate professor, horticultural economics and business administration. PhD in Horticultural Science, especially business administration.

Presentation

Research areas: Consumer research, special interest in sustainable food consumption, consumer behavior and the role of credence characteristics. Value chain, food system, industry structure and innovation in the horticultural sector, innovation management and business model innovation.

Teaching at the MSc programmes "Sustainable Food Systems, "Horticultural science" and "Agroecology" and at the Bachelor programmes in  "Horticultural Management" (Trädgårdsingenjör).
