Lunch Seminar - Organizational change for more inclusive academic working environments

There are often discrepancies between policies and practice. Based on state-of-the-art insights, common challenges to implementing policies into practice on diversity and inclusion in higher education will be presented. Acknowledging the constraints of top-down approaches, Susanne Täuber will reflect on possible solutions to these challenges and invites you to explore possibilities to make a difference from the bottom-up.

Dr. Susanne Täuber is a social scientist with expertise in gender equality, intersectional inequality, and academic bullying. She is currently affiliated with the University of Amsterdam.
