Seminar on Agroecology in Cuba
Welcome to a seminar and conversation with Claudia Álvarez Delgado and Fernando Funes Monzote from the Agroecological Farm Finca Marta, Cuba
Fernando and Claudia run the agroecological family farm Finca Marta in Cuba. Their efforts to develop agroecology have been recognized nationally and internationally.
An important goal of Finca Marta is to spread agroecological principles and practices to their neighborhoods and several farms are now in the process of organizing their operations with lessons learned from Finca Marta. The activity is organised by researchers at the Unit of Rural development at SLU together with SLU Global.
