What is the gender dimension in research and why does it matter?

seminars, workshops |

Are you just curious or maybe struggling with what integrating a gender dimension in research actually means? Would you like to know more from other researchers here at SLU? Are you wondering in what ways funders assess/review a gender perspective when they are asking you to consider this dimension in your research project?

Then this is a seminar for you!

Let’s get inspired by your SLU colleagues (with perspectives from veterinary medicine to social science). Through their own experiences, they will present a multitude of ways a gender dimension can be integrated in different research fields and stages of a project, and what might get lost if not.

Grants Office at SLU will also be present to inform about general support at SLU regarding external funding issues.

The afternoon ends with a panel discussion.

Welcome!
