Lunch colloquia for doctoral supervisors: Factors affecting doctoral students’ performance and early career development

The presentation revolves around the main results in my thesis, “In search of future excellence: Bibliometric indicators, gender differences, and predicting research performance in the early career”. Additionally my ongoing studies on doctoral students and parenthood will be discussed. The focus of attention will be the supervisor’s role.
