Important future issues for the faculty and how I can contribute:

  • Continued focus on our core activities (research, education and environmental assessment) - of course in collaboration for mutual benefit
  • Continued investment in research and various strategic research incentives
  • Focus on student recruitment and active marketing of our programmes and courses
  • Focus on our campus development and “Västra Noden”
  • My commitment, engagement and looking after the best interests of the faculty and SLU are important and a matter of course for me

Personal reflections:

Our faculty has a unique focus with exciting research and education, a strong spirit of collaboration and innovation - and not to forget our close relationships with industry. It is a great privilege to work strategically with the overall picture and I am really passionate about SLU and our faculty. I´m also passionate about leadership and development in collaboration with others, seeing people and businesses grow - which I strive to do with clarity, determination and a big heart.
