Important future issues for the faculty and how I can contribute:

Administration: With my builder-architect background, I aim to shape the Västra Noden development to ensure long-term sustainability, functionality and cost-efficiency for the next -at least- 50 years.
Education: Enhance and expand technology and animal science education, particularly the Lantmästare program, and update the course offerings.
Research: Boost output, internationalize projects, and secure more funding.
Visibility: Strengthen SLU Alnarp and BT's reputation as leaders in our fields and establish a new international master’s program for furthering the department.

Personal reflections:

I am a collaborative team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility, a proactive mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement. Participating in the Faculty’s strategic decision-making would enable me to leverage my interdisciplinary background, extensive network, and entrepreneurial experience to contribute to the development of SLU Alnarp and my department at BT.
