Important future issues for the faculty and how I can contribute:

I think universities are crucial in our society for deepened understanding, transferring knowledge and solving complex problems. The research and education at the LTV-faculty is vital for our major future challenges. We need to be strategic to build a faculty that is at the forefront and offer the framework for this work. I would like to contribute by continued work to ensure a research education of high quality, as this education constitutes the core of the faculty.

Personal reflections:

From previous faculty work I have learnt that change and development take time, and that it takes courage, hard work and patience to take small steps forward. And that you must not give up when it is instead a step back. To be able to create a faculty that can drive future research questions and educate students at all levels, who can make a difference, then we must dare to be strategic and create opportunities for all employees to contribute in the best possible way.
