New year, new Word templates

The SLU Word templates have been updated to fix some minor accessibility issues. Remember to always use the latest template version when you create a new document, even if reusing an old document saves you time. If you have a computer with the default SLU configuration, the latest version will be available in the Word template folders.
If you save documents in PDF format, remember to also check accessibility in Acrobat. Some aspects, such as reading order, need to be checked with the Acrobat tool to ensure that the PDF file is accessible.
Some visible changes have also been made:
The SLU ID field has been moved down a separate line. Some records creators have names that are too long to otherwise fit properly.
The footer with contact details has disappeared from all templates except the template Allmän (General), which now has a footer with contact details but no personal data. The reason is partly to minimise the spread of personal data and partly because documents are often published with an empty footer.
In the decision template, the decision sentences are now numbered to make it easier to refer to them. At the same time, the word ‘att’ in the decision sentences has been moved up to the introductory sentence. There is a separate version of the decision template for rector decisions where some information is already filled in.
In the template for internal governing documents, the field for the name of the administrator has been removed, again to minimise the use of personal data. A new field has been added for the date when the document was last reviewed. This will make it easier to see that a document is still up-to-date even if the recommended update date has passed.
