Time for the salary review

This year's salary review is about to start. As an employee at SLU, you will be offered a salary-setting dialogue or a traditional negotiation with your manager. The new salary applies from 1 October and is usually paid retroactively with the December salary.
SLU conducts a salary review, i.e. a review of employees' salaries, every autumn. This year, the salary-setting talks, or salary reviews, occur during weeks 37-44.

Nano-learning about the salary review
The HR unit will send out nano-learning lessons to all employees by email. During the course, you can learn more about the salary review, SLU´s salary criteria etc. Keep an eye out on the emails! The sender will be course@nanolearning.com.
