New procedures for reimbursement of prescription costs

SLU employees are entitled to reimbursements for prescription costs. However, now you can only apply for a reimbursement once per year. Remember:

• If you paid for your prescription in April and apply to be reimbursed directly, you will not be able to apply for any further reimbursement during the year.
• You should therefore wait until the end of the year before submitting your application for your combined costs.
• Register any prescription costs in Primula by the 31 January of the following year.

Reminder: reimbursements for costs incurred before 2024

Please remember that the deadline for requesting reimbursements for prescription costs incurred up until 31 December 2023 is 31 March 2024.
