Avoid hassle, write the correct address!

Lately, a number of parcels and letters have been delivered to collection points rather than directly to SLU. This creates problems, but can be easily avoided.
Lately, a number of parcels and letters have been delivered to collection points rather than directly to SLU. This has meant that staff have received Postnord notices requesting them to pick up parcels and registered mails from a collection point.
SLU service staff cannot collect parcels or registered mail without a personal proxy from the intended recipient, and a proxy is required for each parcel or letter, making this process difficult to manage.
To avoid mail being delivered to collection points, the address must be correctly indicated on "Varubrev", parcels up to 2 kg and registered mail.
- For "Varubrev", parcels up to 2 kg to be delivered directly to SLU, you must state the postal box address, not the street address.
- Registered mail must have the recipient’s name on the first line and on the second line Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet + name of the recipient’s division.
