Tuesday yoga online – find peace in the eye of the storm

In these times of uncertainty and worry, it is more important than ever to make sure you set aside time for mental and physical recovery.

We offer a relaxing, meditative yoga class aimed at finding peace and presence. It’s a simple form of yoga, and you don’t need any previous experience. You can join from your office or your home. For sit-down exercises, you need a steady chair without armrests that stays in place even when you move. You can also sit on a yoga mat.

When: Tuesdays 11.00-11:45 up to 28 April. This yoga class is taught in English. Join via
