New procedure for reimbursement of medical and healthcare expenses

As of 1 May 2017, reimbursements of medical and healthcare expenses will be handled in Primula. You now apply for reimbursement in Primula.
You still need to print and fill in the forms – you will find them in Primula under the heading Health promotion/benefits. Always enclose receipts when you send your filled-in form to the Payroll Unit. You will find the address on the form.
The news, and the benefit for you as an employee, is that you will now be able to track your application for reimbursement and see when any payments will be made.
The forms ’Health promotion reimbursement’ and ’Reimbursement of medical expenses’ are replaced by the Primula form and will no longer be used.
