Göran Ågren, professor emeritus in system ecology
His research focus has been on the development and application of mathematical models for describing carbon and nitrogen cycling in terrestrial ecosystems.
Presentation
Starting with a Ph.D in theoretical physics, I have been working on applying the thinking of a physcisist to ecological problems. This has resulted in a number of mathematical models descring the interactions between element, mainly carbon and nitrogen in plants and in ths soil.
