Seminar on system perspective in animal production

During spring 2023 GS-VMAS arrange 8 seminars on the topic “primary production of animal source food -systems perspective and assessment of environmental sustainability”. The seminars are part of a PhD-course (P000007).
Crop production
Professor Göran Bergkvist, Dept. of Crop Production Ecology
Explains concepts for plant production such as grain crops and leys, and the relationships between choice of crop and environmental impact. Followed by a discussion.
