When the coronavirus started spreading this spring, managers and other staff were not always present in the workplace at the same time. To facilitate the approval of documents, the Vice-Chancellor's Office drafted an interim procedure for approving documents that did not involve a physical signature.
This procedure is described in the decision by the chief operating officer, SLU ID: SLU.ua.2020.1.1.1-1601).
As a long term-option, you can instead use workflows in Public 360 to approve documents. In this webinar, Archivist Patrik Spånning Westerlund will explain how to do this and answer any questions. No advance booking needed.
