seminars, workshops |

Lunch colloquia for doctoral supervisors. The Educational Development Unit welcomes doctoral supervisors to our supervision seminars.

How do PhD students learn about peer review (and what should they learn)?

Peer review is a central part of science, yet most PhD students only learn about it by being thrown in the deep end of the pool. This seminar considers how and what we should be teaching about the scientific publishing process.

Carl Salk is a Researcher in the Southern Swedish Forest Research Centre of SLU.

Location

Depending on the situation with covid-19 we will provide zoom link or location in the autumn, along with complete descriptions of each colloquium.
