Booking rooms

Here, you will find information about SLU teaching spaces that can be booked for courses, conferences and public defences of doctoral theses. You can see pictures of the rooms, see what equipment there is and when the room is available, consult the price list, booking rules and other practical information to help you plan your activities.

Central teaching spaces

All bookings, irrespective of purpose, are made via the local booking services team. The buttons below list all bookable teaching spaces by location, information about prices and monthly fees, as well as current guidelines for handling and using SLU's central teaching spaces.

Booking a room for a thesis defence

For the thesis defence/licentiate seminar, use the calendar for this purpose to book the date and time and to request a room. The purpose of the calendar is to avoid having two defences/licentiate seminars at the same faculty at the same time.
