During an organisational change, effective communication can make the process easier for everyone involved.
The Human Resources Division has the expertise to advise on handling issues that may arise during organisational changes. The Group for Sustainable Leadership in Academia (GHAL) can also provide support, and the Division of communication can offer guidance on planning communication.
