Change or add to your room bookings for study period 2

As stage 4 starts, it will be possible to make full use of teaching spaces at SLU. As previously announced, the Instructions for teaching and examination at first- and second-cycle level in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, 2021 autumn semester remain in force for study periods 1 and 2. 

The Board of Education has now taken a supplementary decision. 

The implications of the decision are:

• Pool teaching rooms can be used to their full extent.
• The previous objective, to offer all programme students on-campus activities, is now a requirement to offer this at least once a week.
• Booking rooms for conferences and similar activities will be allowed once all rooms needed for teaching and examination have been allocated.

If you have already submitted your room booking requests for study period 2, you have until 15 September to change or add to your booking. Instructions for doing this are available on the room booking pages.
