The Landscape Architecture Programme at SLU turns 50 years. On 16 November, there was a celebration with a round table talk, overview of the dynamic development of the programme, film premiere and toasting both in Alnarp, Ultuna and online.

Employees within SLU Landskap gathered in both Ultuna and Alnarp to celebrate together.

The afternoon began with a roundtable discussion with honorary doctors on the theme "The landscape architectures roles in an international perspective". Caroline Dahl and Ingrid Sarlöv Herlin led the conversation from the stage in Alnarpsgården's auditorium and the honorary doctors participated online via Zoom.

After mingling and snacks, a digital overview of the landscape architect education for 50 years was shown.

Finally it was the film premiere of "Voices about the creation: the film about the landscape architect program 50 years" with interviews of some of the people who where involved in the beginning.

The programme was also followed digitally via Zoom by those who was not able to participate on site.
