Call for papers - Dislocating Urban Studies: Rethinking Theory, Shifting Practice

The Institute for Urban Research at Malmö University is organizing, in collaboration with the University of Helsinki, a workshop series titled 'Dislocating Urban Studies: Rethinking Theory, Shifting Practice'.
The series consists of four digital workshops that will take place in spring 2021.
- 18-19 February 2021. A Non-Occidentalist West: Learning from Theories Outside the Canon
- 18-19 March 2021. Places “Off the Map”: Bringing to Light the Hidden Locations of Urbanisation
- 15-16 April 2021. Challenging Methodologies and Methods
- 17-18 May 2021. Revisiting the Concepts of Critical Urban Studies
They welcome abstracts from early-career researchers: PhD students (post-fieldwork), postdocs, and recently appointed faculty members.
