Let's talk science! Is there room for everyone in the forest?
SEMINAR IN ENGLISH Forestry, mining, wind power and reindeer husbandry are only a few of the uses that exist in Swedish forests, but the trade-off between these is becoming increasingly compromised.
This poses a question - can we make room for everyone and everything in the forest? How? Per Sandström from Landscape studies at the department of Forest Resource Management, SLU will speak abut the work with reindeer husbandry plans. Anna Skarin, department of Applied Animal Science and Welfare, and Dan Bergström, department of Forest Bioecoomy and Technology will also speak.
Moderators: Stefan Sandström and Carina Keskitalo, from Landscape studies at the department of forest resource management, SLU.
