Presenting and defending four years of hardwork is a daunting task. This seminar is aimed at providing useful tips and advise on the final presentation and defence for doctoral students.
Presenting the PhD thesis and its defence is the final stage of the doctoral studies. The thesis summary presentation and tactics during the defence are intended to highlight your knowledge, skills, maturity, growth and innovative abilities, after four years of full time work. Some PhD-students find this final part challenging and express a need for advice on this process. This seminar will provide you guidance on how to approach the thesis defence and practical tips about the summary presentations.
