Several traffic changes will affect travel to and from the Ultuna campus during the autumn.

Monday 12 October, work to remove the kerb stones at the Veterinärvägen–Ulls väg roundabout will begin. The roundabout will remain open to traffic.

Thursday 15 October, the yellow regional buses will stop running along Ulls väg and will instead only serve the southern part of the campus. This information was presented at the information meeting on 18 September 2026. The green city buses will continue to run along Ulls väg as usual.

Monday 19 October, Veterinärvägen will be closed to motor traffic in stages. Initially, the western section of the road will be closed, which means that Galoppvägen will no longer be accessible via Dag Hammarskjölds väg. Alternative routes for motor traffic are via Ulleråker or Ultunaallén. Pedestrian and cycle routes will remain open, with minor diversions.

In mid-November, the works will move to the eastern section of Veterinärvägen. Galoppvägen will then once again be accessible via Dag Hammarskjölds väg.

It will still be possible to reach the central parts of the campus by city bus routes 4 and 12 and regional bus routes 100, 101 and 188. Pedestrian and cycle routes will also remain open, with minor diversions.

This information is provided by Uppsala Spårväg, which is responsible for information about the works and their impact on traffic. The dates of the closures and the duration of the works may be subject to change. SLU and Akademiska Hus receive updates from the tramway project at weekly coordination meetings.

SLU will continue to provide information via email, the Student Web, the Staff Web and information screens.
