The template will make it easier for teaching staff when they create content in their course rooms. For example when new courses are set up and when integrating with other information outside of Canvas.
Today the template consists of one announcement, six pages of which one is a start page and one start module.
A big advantage of the template is that the course rooms get a uniform appearance and functionality, something that the students have been asking for for a long time.
The template has been developed by The Division of Learning and Digitalisation in collaboration with representatives from the educational organisation as well as the university administration.
At the moment, course leaders need to order the template. In the long run, it will be automatically added to new course rooms.
