Profile and process for the recruitment of a new deputy vice-chancellor

Published: 19 March 2021

The appointment of our deputy vice-chancellor Karin Holmgren expires at the end of 2021, and the recruitment of a new deputy vice-chancellor has now begun. At its March meeting, the SLU Board decided on the recruitment profile and process.

The recruitment will be handled by a recruitment group appointed by the Board. The application period ends on 12 April and is followed by interviews and a hearing with a consultative assembly that includes staff and students. The Board will appoint the new deputy vice-chancellor at its meeting on 17 June.

All SLU employees may nominate a candidate, who must have accepted the nomination.

Due to the ongoing corona pandemic, the plan is to hold meetings digitally.

More information about the recruitment, profile, process and contact persons can be found via the link below. The page will be continually updated.
