There is now an opportunity for researchers and teachers at SLU to seek funding for arranging courses, seminars, workshop or summer schools within the scope of GCUA 2030.

The Global Challenges University Alliance (GCUA 2030) is a network of 20 universities from across the globe, representing different disciplines and with a key objective to equip PhD students with knowledge, tools and networks that will strengthen their capacity to work across disciplines and conduct translational research.

There is now an opportunity for researchers and teachers at SLU to seek funding for arranging courses, seminars, workshop or summer schools within the scope of GCUA 2030. These activities will be part of a bigger project within GCUA 2030 (funded by STINT) and all participants (students,  teachers/researchers) will be invited to a physical meeting at the end of 2023, to meet face-to-face to network, share experiences and capture outcomes and lessons learned from the project.

Objective: To give the students in-depth knowledge in research areas of relevance to the global challenges.

Target group: PhD students at the GCUA member universities
