Tillsammans - Project status as of 19 May

The following groups within the field of joint needs have new status updates:

• Processes – the flow group's test activities at the small animal clinic.
• Shared management functions – the joint clinical management group has been formally set up.
• The number of patients for training purposes – the need for patients has been established and approved by the working group.
• Number of full-time resources – paused.
• Premises – initial mission almost finalised. Has been integrated with the work of the Finance group.
• Finance group (previously Profit and Loss) – working one estimated effects of changed patient volumes on direct government funding.

The field Production Animals has changed its name to Food-Producing Animals, and the following groups have status updates:

• Joint strategic objectives for food-producing animals – the working group intends to assume its work during May.
• Identify how we best work together and who is responsible for meeting the objectives – awaiting the work on strategic objectives for food-producing animals to be concluded.

The following groups within the field of employment and skills have new status updates:

• Joint objective, shared/united posts – work on joint objectives finalised. Work on shared/unit posts has been paused.
• Career paths – the group has had an initial meeting.
