The small animal clinic’s patient flow is currently being analysed. The horse clinic’s patient flow will begin to be analysed before summer.
Starting with Karin Östensson’s proposal for a new framework agreement between the VH Faculty and UDS, the group has developed a model proposal that will be sent to the management groups at UDS and the Department of Clinical Sciences.
Accreditation requirements are clarified in relation to various student volumes. The next step is deciding volumes in relation to the new study ordinance as well as the required UDS patient inflow.
The group’s assignment has expanded to request the whole operation’s joint need for specialists.
The group will hold off on more meetings until the patient number has been decided.
Common ground has been established, as well as a forum for room issues.
Rough activity plan and schedule has been decided.
The group has advanced in regard to common ground and definitions, and will continue according to plan.

The work with launching and staffing the group has been moved forward, and as soon as we have a name for the working group, we will let you know. Anna-Karin Olofsdotter, Henrik Rönnberg and Olle Håstad have been tasked with staffing the group.
The group has developed an objective but are still in an early stage.

The group has a formulated objective where success factors have been defined. The next step is figuring out how this will be achieved.
The group has had an initial meeting. In the next meeting, we will discuss the accreditation requirement data that the working group has developed, the “number of patients” and its importance to production animals.
