CBC's annual report 2016

Published: 10 March 2017

The Centre for Biological Control, CBC, has now published highlights of the activities during 2015.

CBC contributes to the development of new knowledge concerning the use of living organisms to control pests and diseases. Biological control has a great potential to restrict the damage caused by harmful organisms like animals, plant pathogens and other pests in agriculture, forestry and horticulture.

In this report, we present a brief overview of our activities in 2016. CBC has, among other things, arranged a theme day for growers, governments, businesses, researchers and advisors on the topic "biological control and future food production". We also report finished research projects, new research results, student work and our work in various expert groups.
