Anna Jansson
Presentation
I am professor in domestic animal physiology at the department of anatomy, physiology and biochemistry at SLU. I am also promoted to professor in Equine nutrition and management and have worked as professor in Equine Science at Hólar University College on Iceland. Most of my research have been focused on the exercising horse and on nutrition, fluid balance, growth, performance and health. During the past years I have also studied crickets and the aim is to develop the knowledge on crickets as a sustainable new livestock for food production, both in western and in low income countries.
Supervision
I have supervised several master and PhD students.
