The coordinators of SLU Global are organising open seminars for SLU staff which we call “Global Talks”, to discuss and exchange experiences about research with partners in low- and middle-income countries. We want to inspire researchers and other staff to collaborate with researchers in low- and middle-income countries.
In this Global Talk we will hear Marc Dumas-Johanse talk about the role of agriculture and food systems in the Green Climate Fund.
Marc will describe
1) How climate change has impacted food systems.
2) How GCF aims to support food systems transitions to adapt to climate change.
3) How GCF’s strategic plan has been updated and its focus on food systems.
4) Opportunities for partnerships and collaboration.
