Christer Enkvist (the ISP-support) will come to the department and have a workshop for doctoral supervisors (main supervisors and co-supervisors) and PhD-students, on how to manage the ISP in the online system, the ISP portal.
Christer will explain and demonstrate different facilitites of the online ISP system, and answer any questions you may have.
- This is a useful opportunity for both those already using the online ISP and for those who wish to transfer their manual ISP to the online system, as well as for supervisors who are not yet familiar with the system.
- He will also explain the “flow” between PhD-student - supervisor – department director – Head of department – faculty level etc., and how to manage co-supervisors outside of SLU, how to set up a new preliminary ISP to prepare for a new admission, how to upload additional documents, etc.
- At this occasion we will also briefly explain how we should use the portal linked to annual follow-ups and archiving of additional documents.
